The following is a list of promotional opportunities available to the Travel Show exhibitors...

Travel Stage / Travel Theater
Each exhibitor has the option to make a 25 minute presentation in one of our theaters. There is no charge to the exhibitor and all the equipment is provided. These are listed in the show program and on the web site and poster boards at the show. We also announce your presentation over the PA system.

Great Escape Drawings
Vacation trips and getaways are given away to show attendees throughout the weekend. We do a drawing from cards filled in by the consumer at entry. We get a lot of weekend getaways and the consumers seem to love them. This year's featured prize is a 6-day trip for two to Maui with 3 days at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa plus 3 days at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas with round trip air provided by Hawaiian Airlines! The exhibitor's prize is listed in the show program and announced on the show PA. The Grand Prize gets listed in all of our promotion and advertising (ask me about this if you are interested). We need prizes!!!

Travel Agent Networking
We provide free admission on Saturday and Sunday to local Travel Agents for an opportunity to interact with the TRAVEL SHOW exhibitors. Door prizes given by the exhibitor are listed on a pass out we give to the agents at entry. The agent has to go to the exhibitor's booth to enter to win the various prizes (and hopefully you are able to interact with them at this time). The Exhibitor draws the names and sends the prizes to the agent winners.
